We believe following testosterone should fit more easily into everyday life. Our vision is frequent testing at home, with readings organized into a record you can understand and discuss with your clinician.
We're starting with one assay so we can focus on developing and validating the first product. More data only helps when the measurement behind it can be trusted.

The first Dyno test is being developed for testosterone only. It does not include hematocrit, estradiol, SHBG, PSA, or a broader hormone panel.
Testosterone alone does not cover the monitoring your clinician may recommend. Dyno will not replace your prescribed lab work or guide treatment or dosing decisions.

What will the first Dyno test measure?
The initial product is being developed for testosterone only. Hematocrit, estradiol, SHBG, PSA, and other biomarkers are outside the scope of the first assay.
Can I buy or use Dyno today?
No. Dyno is investigational and in active development. It is not available for sale. The waitlist is for development updates and potential future research opportunities; it does not reserve a device or guarantee access. We have not announced a launch date.
How fast will it be, and what will it cost?
We are working toward a short testing process at home. Final testing time, sample requirements, and pricing have not been established. We will share specifications as development and validation progress.
Is Dyno FDA cleared or clinically validated?
No. Dyno is not FDA cleared or approved, and its performance has not yet been validated. Product images and app screens are concepts, not evidence of accuracy or clinical performance.
Will Dyno replace my TRT labs or guide my dose?
No. Testosterone alone does not cover the monitoring your clinician may recommend. The first Dyno assay will not measure hematocrit or other safety markers. Dyno should not be used to diagnose a condition or make treatment or dosing decisions. Continue the testing and care recommended by your healthcare provider.
How often should I test?
Our vision is to make frequent at-home testosterone testing easier. A testing schedule and any future use recommendations have not been established. Discuss your current testing needs with your healthcare provider.
Will Dyno measure other biomarkers in the future?
We see a broader future for at-home testing. Additional assays would require their own development, validation, and any applicable regulatory review. They are future possibilities, separate from the initial testosterone product, with no committed scope or timeline.
